back on track and down to my normal weight. thank god. now to reach my goal and improve my eating/workout habits. i also have to stay strong and ONLY weigh myself once or twice a week
99.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

550 kcal Fat: 19.78g | Prot: 8.58g | Carb: 89.41g.   Breakfast: Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), macrobar. Lunch: Apples. Dinner: pizza dough, Green Olives (Pickled, Canned or Bottled), Cooked Eggplant, Ratatouille. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Syrup, Almond Breeze Vanilla, Semi-Sweet Grain Sweetened Chocolate Chips, late july. more...
