I think ketosis is kicking in. Appetite was under control today. I had planned to have two servings of salmon but could only have one. This is good news! I should be okay in the next day or two. I still have a slight headache but I know that will be gone soon. Have lots of water ready to flush out those toxins and ketones. I want to hit onederland in March!

Hi dboza. Onederland refers to when my weight goes below 200lbs I.e. 199 and below. I haven't seen anything in the 100s in yearrrrs.

I have faith that you'll reach Onederland. I don't know if I'm in ketosis or not, but I wasn't hungry in front of the TV last night. My avocados are getting too soft. I usually put them in the fridge, but didn't this time. They keep a very long time in there, but out of sight...out of mind. So I did eat one while watching Downton Abbey...

Hi Jenn, I snacked last night after my potluck meeting, but not as badly as I could have. I'm pretty sure I didn't do too much damage. I didn't get enuf fats in. I still haven't made the Fat Bombs and I could have used one yesterday. I think, like you say, I was in ketosis, but I'm not going to worry about the 1 lb gain. I'll just work at getting the carbs down and the fats up. Thanks.
