Has anyone tried DDP Yoga? I watched this on Shark Tank this week and found it inspirational as I am battling an injury that has significantly impacted my mobility. I like that it is no impact and uses dynamic resistance . With a money back guarantee I think I will give this a shot as I need helping in toning my problem areas!
