Had a dinner yesterday and exceeded my RDI :( but as soon as I came back home I exercised a bit more than regularly to cover for those extra calories; so at the end my numbers were not excesively bad.
Today I also exercised, and stayed at home the whole day to do some housework and rest. I feel fine and even cooked a new dish with fish (I'm really learning to like fish!) So yes, it has been a good wekend.
Waiting for my weigh in tomorrow! hopefully I can see some numbers going down.
