207 lbs. At least it did not go up any further. :) I feel ketosis coming on ..... the headaches continue. The "unwell" feelings continue. I have noticed when I am just getting into ketosis, my energy level dips and I don't feel I can be very active. It's as if every molecule in my body is working to get me to ketosis, so not a lot is left over for exercise. Let's see where the appetite sits today. Going for good protein intake and lchf. Aiming for a successful day of eating that will get me back to where I was a week ago. Have a great day FS friends.
