Day 53:
Cakeday was yesterday, but I'm celebrating today also. I will not record my food because obviously I cheated. Seriously losing faith in myself. Tomorrow I will try again with a new method - eat breakfast, skip lunch, take rolaids if needed, eat small dinner (ie asparagus and steak). This plan should leave me well under carb intake AND will handle the overeating issue. Eating breakfast will help tremendously too, and I'll only be drinking water/tea.
Yesterday I had the option of drinking non-diet soda for my birthday, still said no. Soda is just not worth it.
