tomorrow I have my first weigh in at weight watchers on the new points plus program..... I have not been weighing myself at home so will be anxious to see how I did.... stay tuned on that. I am training to do five 5k"s by 5-5-11. I am walking my first 5K on the 29th :-) plus trying the yoga thing for better balance and flexibility. I am determined to be dedicated to this journey.
