Aviendha3711 is right! I read an article about attachment and our nervous system development. Many cultures hold babies about 85% of the day - in our Western culture? Only about 15% of the day! Babies are put in cribs, chairs, strollers, etc. when they really need skin to skin contact. Carry her in a sling all day - she will benefit and you will burn calories carrying weight!

congratulations on your beautiful baby. I have a 9 month old. I've been struggling to loose the baby weight. but recently come to realize that right now my focus should just be on my two sons. my milk supply dropped when I cut too many calories. mindful eating will take you far. try not to worry too much about weight loss right now. progress not perfection!

when I nannied for infants and toddlers I used them as my weight lol they loved it especially holding them out at arms length and doing weighted squats or lunges then you could put your angel on the ground and do planks or push-ups over her (and of course kisses are the rewards to you both 😘) there's are tons of mommy and me exercises you could look up, that engage you and your baby!

Oh my stars! She’s a beauty!! 💕💕 Do squats with her in your arms. Arm lifts with her, chest press her lol. Idk. And like dp, I was years later starting. When my babies napped, I napped. Exercise was the last thing on my mind. Only sleep. Regret that now but at least I don’t nap anymore 😂😂
