OMG, she is a beauty! Whenever you can find the time, i.e., while she naps, and you have the energy, do a quick 20 min WO. I love Brian Syuki on YouTube.

So cute! Lots of walks. Squeeze in squats and wall sits while holding the baby, they love this. Doing push ups over the baby while they are laying on the floor. Once they start crawling, you’ll hardly have a chance to sit down 😁.

Looks to me like you could count lifting a 5 month old as exercise. What a sweet faced child!

Make sure you're getting your 8 hours of sleep before you do any exercise. Also, cut calories if you can't exercise quite yet. That lil' angel belongs in Hollywood. :)

Blessed. I used to exercise with videos .My kiddos would play and crawl on and around me during it. But they saw me , joined me and grew up around it ---so they all exercise as a result.

What a pookie! She’s beautiful! You’ve already gotten lots of good ideas here, so all I can add is do what you’d like to do as well. Taking care of you makes you an even better mama, so having someone you trust watch her while you take care of you can also be an option. 😊🎈

Aww..., What a beautiful baby! A lot of time you may be able to find 15-20 minutes of working out. I understand that you are a busy mom. Babies are a blessing to have.

She's beautiful! I would stick her in a bouncy chair on the floor and do one of those youtube aerobic programs or whatever choice you like. She will watch Momma shake her groove thing. Even if you can only get 12 min of cardio at target that's all you need! You will feel better too.

so beautiful. get one of those baby bjorn things then when she grows up you just gradually increase weights. of course when she's 12 it may be awkward. lol. as my kids grow so does my strength as I toss them around. but seriously wife had a couple different ones and she.loved them.

I have a 6 month old! I also have 2 big dogs. so I made a routine of every day, tain or shine, I put the baby in the stroller, put the dogs on waist leashes,(I'm fortunate my dogs are good walkers) and we go on as long of a walk as I have time for. sometimes it's an hour, sometimes its 15 mins. but I get some exercise, make the baby sleepy for his nap, and get the dogs energy out all in one go! when baby is very little u can still take her on walks! get a stroller for her carseat, or a stroller that lays all the way down. they love it!

I saw a couple of people on here mention cutting calories. I would say beware of that because I tried that and saw a major drop in my milk supply. in fact, I never really recovered from that and now I have to bottle feed.
