Well today is a good day. I weighed myself and am now at 228.5 lbs. That is a loss of 12.5 lbs since Dec 26th. I am really pumped! I am hopeful that I can in fact reach my goal of 210 by March 21st. I hope my friend John is doing as well as I am as he is also trying to lose 30 lbs using the same program.
