Need to get more focused, feeling better and sleeping better and this group is a great, positive motivator. My intention for today is to skip dinner and Friday is to skip breakfast for Lent.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
