Right direction at least. Made a mock fried rice yesterday (rice cauli) that turned out good. Too much egg and no soy sauce but I'd make it again.
Chicken and fried cabbage is the plan today YUM! Working on a project at work that will make a significant difference to at least 3 departments so I'm having fun with it. So cool when you can make an impact with something in your sweet spot.
