206 lbs. I had anticipated a gain after those darn low carb brownies ... it may still show up tomorrow or the next day :(. So I am back on plan but struggled today. once you have a big spike in carbs you risk going down the slippery slope of carb consumption. I craved sweets today and tried to shut it up with a fatbomb then 2 servings of chicken. it was more than I needed and it was a desperate act of over defence against carbs. I want to get back to deep ketosis again so that will be my focus over the next several days. I bought a big roast and will be preparing that to help me get there. It's important not to get so smug when you are losing, that you lose sight of the value of what you put in your mouth ..... lesson learned.... back on plan, refocus, low carb brownies gone ....... it's on!!
