I am having such a difficult time with consistency. The weekends are the worst, but I'm so thankful for 2nd and 3rd, and many many more chances. I'm pescatarian, but this vegetarian dinner was soo amazing: Wild Rice, baked sweet potatoes, and Italian style veggies. Here's to consistency!
