First of all I want to say Thanks to everyone who has given me support here! The kind words and messages have really helped during this frustrating time and helped keep me from giving up. Thank you all!!

I heard back from the doctor again today, and I go in for another test tomorrow. The surgeon wants to see if I have any blockages because with everything pushed to the side he can't tell from the CT scan. Then if this next test shows nothing they want to do a scope into my stomach to make sure everything looks okay, then I don't know from there. I'm feeling positive though, even if they don't find anything I'll know that I'm okay.

Yesterday I ended up eating fast food for lunch, silly me. I should have gotten a salad, but didn't had fries and a greasy sandwich, but today I am going to do better. I brought some soup for lunch and some healthy snacks, so no need to get any junk. Tomorrow night we're getting pizza for my son and his friends who are spending the night, so I'm going to plan for that, but I won't have anything to eat until lunch because of my test, so that may actually be a good thing, I have no choice but to cut my calories. :)

Yesterday I was going to do yoga, but when I got home, my son was down and I could tell, so we took the dog for a walk instead. He always feels better after we walk the dog, it's our alone time and he can talk to me without too much distraction. So, it was definitely worth the change in plan, and we both got a little exercise in too. I am going to try to do some yoga this evening though.

Have a great Thursday!!

Family is more important than yoga, you are a great mom! I'm glad they are doing the tests, should help give you that added piece of mind. Never mind the fast food yesterday, you are a woman with a plan today and that's what matters. I'll be thinking of you!!

I agree. Family is more important. He needs to know that you are always there. You are a great mom! Yoga will be there today and walking is just as good for you and is known to be a stress reliever as well. Don't worry about the greasy sandwich, once in a while is not going to kill you. Everything in moderation! Good luck on your tests! Keep us posted we care about you!
