Try doing the 1200 a cal diet. Eating healthy everyday. Stop drinking for a month or more if you can (that’ll be the most dramatic drop and fast) and alternative to treats like I eat Halo too ice cream now and keep everything super healthy. That’ll be the easiest and fastest drop you’ll see and it’s not for ever. Lots of water !

Don't limit yourself to what you can and can't have. If you want a pizza work it into your daily calories, you want that chocolate then work it into your day the same as the pizza. I tried doing weight loss boycotting calories but also telling myself no to chocolate and cards etc etc and I was so unhappy but now just focusing on cals and eating what I want and crave I'm happy with how my weight is going, people can see I'm toning up andlosing weight, the scales might be dropping slowly but my figure is getting there.

volumetrics ... eat loads of raw salads and veg and apples and drink a glass of water before each meal

o have read you should the water 30 mins prior to a meal otherwise it dilutes your stomach enzymes

Make changes that you can sustain. Reduce calories in a way that you enjoy. If every day feels like a challenge it will eventually put you off the whole thing, especially when times are challenging enough as it is.

yes I agree with everyone....water makes a significant change...it helps you digest and your body understands whether you're hungry or thirsty. I do cheat days once/twice a week and then lower cals for the rest...but it's not for everyone. And I feel green tea helps also. you could try somethings and see how you go! good luck and you'll get loads of help on here!
