I have decided that when I get under the 200lb mark I will fulfill a 10 year want, I will get my nose pierced. I don't care what anyone else thinks or wants, I am going to live my life from now on. I will get my new tattoos then too. As long as I am under 200 and it is in the budget.

I was really upset that when my husband and I went to our churchs couples dinner that all the food there was bad for me. I had one piece of fried chicken, man was that good, but bad for me. Also ham and carrots and a roll, but then decided to splurge and have the piece of choc cake. Then I had buyers remorse. I wish I would have said no. I will say no from now on though. So then I get on the scale and there was a 2lb difference, in all fairness though I had not gone to the bathroom in 2 or 3 days. Maybe that could have been it. Today I finally went to the bathroom and maybe that will help, I did not weigh myself again though. I also have exercised hard 2 times today.

I guess I just got scared that the meal I had would be the start of the end and I would gain all 50lbs back in like a few days. This is just the first time I have lost so much weight and in the past when I got like 20lbs or at the most 25, I gained it right back within weeks.
