Had a CT scan yesterday, so now I have to wait for a couple of days on the results, which I'm sure will be normal. My side pain is a little better today, so that's good. I think having a few days off to just relax and do nothing helped. I felt really lazy, but when I'd get up and do housework for a while I'd feel terrible, so I stuck with lazy for the long weekend.
Today the weather is supposed to be decent, 60's but really windy, so I told my son we could try to take our little dog for a walk when I get home from work. I'm still not wanting to push it too much with the exercise but we can get a good walk in and that will be a good test to see how I'm feeling. My hubby found a flyer for a 5K color run at the end of April and he knows that I've been wanting to do one, so I need to get back to a good workout routine soon. Having him wanting to do a 5K too is a great motivator because we don't want to let each other down.
My eating over the weekend was not good, so I'm afraid for my weigh in tomorrow. I'll take whatever it is and move forward. I haven't felt well, but I need to stop making that an excuse for not eating well. Enough excuses, time for action!
