@Ruthe1213 That's the goal this week. My first couple 20-hour fasts made me feel like I had the flu (Keto flu?). I changed my last meal to be higher in protein/fat and lower in carbs and that did the trick. This week I have a couple OMADs planned with some time on the stationary bike before I eat. I will definitely post about it.
