Anyone have any good tips to try in order to get past this plateau? I've been stuck at 133/134 for several weeks and this is generally where I end up and then gain. I've drastically reduced my sugar intake as well as my meat. I'm increasing fruits and veggies. Working out 6 days a week. I wasn't sure if I wasn't considering something or if anyone had any ideas.

I had to back off the fruit last week, and I lost. I increased veggies at the same time. This week I am going to decrease the carbs as much as possible and try increasing the fats and protein.

Try to cut off fruits out of your diet as well as veggies that have high carb count. Carrots, beans, avocado, etc. See if that works :)
