Woke up @5:30 for my workout....I laughed at myself because I am swollen from the middle down...Thank you MCycle..last month I could do my morning workouts throughout my MCycle...I know why...but I'm going to ask it anyways...Why cant MCycle be the same every month? Feels like I fought a war in my sleep...stretches last night and this morning felt like a marathon....Will see if I can do a 30 min walk later...

This is Sooo me...Like my cycle messes with me a lot.. I call it the bloated chronicles 😂 I know exactly two weeks before my period I'm all puffed up and exhausted at times...but we push through.

I actually learnt you burn a lot more weight like 2 weeks into your cycle than any other time of the month excluding shark week...so I just push through it

If its irregular see a gp or a Gynae. I dont work out on my period its too much

@Mishy96...went to the Gynae...he says there's nothing wrong, Im just one of the unlucky ones lol...but I do love working out when on my MCycle...it just differs from month to month, this month its hectic...next month it will be a breeze and so it goes on and on...
