I FEEL GREAT! Just finished up with my workout, which included a 3 mile jog and working my upper body with weights. I know my chest and shoulders will be sore tomorrow. I am still going to do 8 mins abs tonight...gotta tighten em up!
I also feel better since I've been eating...of course my Caloric intake is still a lot lower than it should be, but I will gradually work on getting it up...my tummy is still recovering from horrible protein diet...so baby steps. I should be around 1300 to 1500 cals a day. I'm around 700 to 800 now. Looks like I just gotta eat more...hehehehe...don't hear that much when you are trying to lose weight.
