Started with T25 Beta today, T25 Alpha done and dusted!!!!!....after a full recovery from Lions Head...#dont rush your body work with it :) Dont run from the workout feel the workout T25....(MCycle also started yesterday felt like doing nothing when I woke up,feeling good after the workout)...now for that protein recovery....
