I didn't drop a single pound this week and i stuck to my diet 100% (1200-1300 cal with 400 cal weekly bumper) and my main fitness goals which were pilates 3 times a week for 50min. WTF! (I weighted myself 3 times in a row and I always weigh myself naked in the morning for even results.) I'm really upset for working so hard and not seeing it. But on a side note, I felt pudgy earlier this past week, but the last 2 days I've been feeling skinny again, and I've had more energy lately as well. I think I need to look at some motivating stuff, gripe to my mom, then change my exercise plan a bit. I', doing a challenge with my mom and sister and we weight ourselves weekly and every time i get on the scale it's a curious/scary feeling. I hate it. I think i will take my measurements and see if I have lost any inches. maybe that will make me feel better as well.

Hey, don't beat yourself up! STOP ALL THE SCALE HOPPING!!! Think about it. 16oz is a pound. Well, the sale will show it if you have lots of ounces of water, Chrystal Light, diet cola,,,,a large green salad, half a grilled chicken breast,,,,it may show even 2 pounds of fluctuation in a single day, easily. (Due to bathroom movements) So, that perfect lunch may "show up" as 16oz + 16oz + 8oz= 2 and a half pounds on the sale! Please resist the temptation to weigh all the time, and pick 1 time once a week...such as first thing Monday mornings...and let that be your measuring stick...hope that helps! Steviefan1

Thnx. I started this challenge 2 weeks ago, and our rule is to weight only on mon mornings. :) i'm thinking of changing that to every 2 weeks! but I have been drinking a lot more water lately, which has made my BM's more regular, so i went this morning, then decided to hop on the scale, and i dropped a pound! lmao. guess that fat's gotta come out somewhere. lol! and really does make a difference. I think my new weigh in time will be after my morning "schedule" lol.

we all get discouraged, i used to get on the scale like 7-8 times a day, and my trainer made me stop doing that lol. once a week is a good idea :)
