Really just ready to throw in the towel. Eating so well during the day but the second night falls it's all over. Been going over my limit for nearly a week now. Mind over matter but my mind is not falling in line. plus side I workout within a inch of my life

I found I was doing the same, it’s so frustrating isn’t it!!??
I try to fill myself up with a big bottle of water in the evening to try and stop the cravings. If I am hungry I’ve been eating some low calorie crackers / water biscuits, about 14 to 25 calories each. I try to limit it to 4 if I can 😬.
Maybe find a low calorie snack to keep aside if you do get peckish?

It's the worst makes me feel so defeated. As eating at night is the worst cause I'm not as active.
I have healthy snacks like rice cakes fruit etc, but definitely think my head isn't in it. Cause I'll still be searching for food.
