Sleep 11 PM - 4:30 AM ((Started the process at 9 PM and my last recollection of the time was 11 PM, oh well))
On 2/18/21, I will add all my weight entries that are missing between the last one recorded here. Full Transparency.
Today 2/15/21 I am only up 1.2 LBS which is very very impressive for me as I usually have only 2 switches , ON or OFF. In the past, I have seen 5 - 8 lb up swings over the weekend. Was this because I over did it with the carbs, NOT because I ate 17,500 - 28,000 that weekend. Or was there too much consumption of sodium.
I will use this past weekend's data to see if I can uncover the explanation of a 1.2 lb upswing
This past weekend, I consumed the following grams of net carbs: Friday - 28.69 Saturday - 154.38 Sunday 51.70
It would be easy to conclude by those who focuses on calories: Friday - 1720 Saturday - 2531 Sunday - 1722 That because I averaged 1991, I would either need to up my activities or reduce my caloric intake to see the scale number go down. Possibly*
Let's look at sodium intake as another possible explanation for this uptick on the scale: Friday - 1981 Saturday - 3847 Sunday - 5410 Average = 3746 Again, quite possibly by driving that number down to 2000 could have resulted to a lower number on the scale this morning.
I am writing this journal entry as I need to continue to pay close attention to: my efforts, my results, my interpretations of the data and what changes I need to make if any, the trends.
The data is invaluable.
