Besides stepping in some unexpected slimy mud and landing on my keister right off the bat, the walk on the Noland Trail on Saturday was very enjoyable! It was good to get outside again after having been inside for so long with the cold weather. It was brisk but not cold once the walk began. Thanks again, Chris, for the "arm up"!
