Two days in a row bad food choices I really need to step up my game. Feeling kinda like I need a kick in the butt

Diet Calendar Entries for 12 February 2014:

Okay, this is me, kicking you in the butt. Ice cream lasts about 3 seconds and totally isn't worth it the next day. I like to think about the time I spent enjoying the bad food (3 seconds) vs. the time I spent regretting it and trying to lose it (anywhere from hours to days). Totally not worth the price. P.S. Are you at your goal weight? If so, congrats!

Thank you all for the kick, the scale was not nice this morning up 212.4 so today I'm going to make sure I drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies
