Monday: Break day; Baby Carrots
Tuesday: 55 jumping jacks, 10 sit ups; Baby carrots
Wednesday: 60 jumping jacks, 15 sit ups; salad w/lettuce, soy nuts, sesame seeds, peppers, and carrots
Thursday: 55 jumping jacks, 10 leg lifts; 60 minutes belly dancing; salad w/lettuce, tomato, carrot, and red cabbage
Friday: 65 jumping jacks, 2: 20 second planks; salad w/lettuce, tomato, carrot, and red cabbage
Saturday: 70 jumping jacks; 2: 25 second planks; green goodness smoothie
Sunday: Break day, multi-v goodness smoothie.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
