VSWIFT's Journal, 20 February 2007

Was changing the sheets on the bed yesterday before starting my day and BAM!!! I pulled a muscle in my lower back. Cant stand up straight for anything today and it hurts to move. Not a good thing. Makes me depressed and I want to eat something bad! I cheated a tiny bit a while ago... got some heavy whipping cream but topped it with a little chocolate syrup! I was just bummed and needed something good and chocolatey. I'm sure i'll pay for it... but Mentally, it helped me out! LOL.... Still trying to survive tax season and it's killing me right now with this lousy back of mine! But I will keep on trying to hang in there. This site really helps me focus. Thanks for everyones support. :)

You poor thing, have you tried some gentle floor exercises? No wonder you need the sweet pick me up. I hope it gets better soon :)

Thats funny I just come out of hospital because I pulled some chest muscles and all I was doing was having a shower, I thought it was my heart and had a small panic attack but the doctors assured me I had just pullued a muscle. I was told by the doc that you can sometimes pull muscles by doing just your everyday things.???? I dont get it either but Im glad Im not the only one. So heres to us!!!!

You'll get through this.. Just take it slow though.. Dont put any strain on ur body, it will only make it worst.. Good luck

If you want chocolate, go to the drug store and get diabetic chocolate. It doesn't contain any sugar and if you only eat a little, is actually perfectly all right! Take good care of yourself!
