I swear I am cursed. I've tried various diets the past year and cannot seem to get out of the 110s...I was 114.4kg about 10 days ago. Then I started 18:6 fasting. My calories are about 600-650 per day. I drink 2 L water. This morning my weight was 114.4kg. I lost nothing. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES. Now I have the tummy bug. My stomach is cramping and I'm in the loo every hour. I will STILL not lose any weight!
