Back in the 100s....WOOHOO!! It took all I had to get there but I'm happy I'm there...took my measurements again today...here is where I am

Waist: 38
Hips :42

Looks like I might have lost a couple of inches....it will take more work at the gym to get those down.

My next goal is to be around 185 by Feb 28, 2011... a lot slower weight loss than this week, but definitely a lot healthier in the long run.

Well I just started eating good today...before I was starving myself...so not so good. My weight loss will be a lot slower now, but I'm sure I will be in a lot better mood. You can lose the weight...most the time it is just curtailing the frequency and amount of your favorite foods and drinks. And upping your activity level. Not much of a change, just have one cocktail on the weekend instead of 3 or have two slices of pizza and a salad instead of 4 slices and a huge piece of cake. You can still have what you love...moderation is the key :)
