Made my first day back to the gym and got up this morning and gained 2 lbs. !!!
Will try the gym again tonight ... actually feel very hungry. Would love a nice Rib Eye steak ... help me?

Sirloin and broccoli and salad....you will feel satisfied, not eat a lot of fat, AND satisfy the meat craving. Good luck, and remember no deprivation. Sirloin can be very tasty. :)
