No exercise yesterday or today :( I will do double time tom! I had to work and do homework! I did well yesterday going to Olive Garden. Though I went a little over my calories, I did eat healthy and I am proud of myself. Today was a good day as well. All I have left to eat is my fat free sherbert! Tomorrow is weigh in day. Though I am dreading it. I was down 3lbs and even though I ate right and exericsed like crazy, I don't think it stuck...
