Ahhgggh! Bounced back to 140. Must be from sweet binge Saturday & Sunday nights. I need to clean out pantry and rid a few things that I'm prone to reach out for when have weak moments. Treadmill is becoming a drudge and boring. Time to break out an exercise video or get outside for a vigorous walk. Hopefully, today will have better results.
