I am doing well. I will post vocabulary words for today and tomorrow later. I am eating less than 100gms of carbs per day and while not strictly doing Atkins or SBD it does seem to be getting the scale to go into the lower direction than higher at this point, so I will stick with it, I am doing good otherwise; maybe will get on others' journals tonight or tomorrow hopefully...
