New scale 😬

206.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb. Still to go: 32.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

😀 Yes I had the same experience when I got my Smart scales in late November. Suddenly my weight up ticked by 1.5 kg 😳😳😳 And it was after three days travel when I hadn’t been able to weigh in. So I’ll never know how much of the ‘gain’ was real
