Far better day than yesterday. After yesterday's 21-hour fast, had lunch and felt like garbage the rest of the afternoon. Maybe keto flu, I don't know. Pacing myself today with a 19-hour fast, smaller meal with more fruits and veggies and a walk later.

That all looks good, but what's the stuff in the middle? I would be fine w/o the middle item and that orange bell-pepper/hananero?! Otherwise, yum!

@Slow Meta The stuff in the middle is honey lime habanero shredded chicken with a little cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. I cook a couple chicken breasts at the begining of the week and spread it out between my wife and I throughout the week. The peppers are mini sweet peppers - sweeter and milder than bell peppers and wonderfully addicting!
