Still no drop. Was hopeful from all the exercise lately. Measurements have not budged either. Really struggling with food and motivation lately. Thoughts of just giving up completely cross my mind multiple times during the day. Still spending lots of time at the gym though. I'm on the verge of consuming nothing but protein shakes for a week. Haha.

Don't, don't, don't give up. Everyone has those days, weeks. Are you keeping track of what goes into your mouth and what you do for exercise? It will start coming off, you may just be at a stand-still while your body adjusts to past weight loss and then you will start losing again. Hang in here.

Keep at it...don't give up. I looked at your Feb 1st post, and all the things you talked about are all things that I would suggest. You would be amazed at how few calories you consume if you are eating lots of fresh fruit and veggies, GOOD proteins, GOOD carbs, and HEALTHY fats :) Another thing would be to try and limit (or give up for awhile) snacks such as chips and peanuts, etc. I KNOW, believe me, I KNOW it is hard, but try to think FRESH. Not something "packaged". Good luck and keep it up...a few changes, and you will be down to goal in no time.

Protein shake diet? Ewwwww. LOL Hang in there. You're so close to your goal, and those last few pounds can be stubborn. If you stick with your diet and exercise you will lose those last few.
