It feels crazy to even see the 130’s. I honestly feel nervous about losing more weight and tried harder to eat more today. I think 140lbs is a good weight where I should be able to eat 1600-1800kcal still, and be a nice medium size.
I really have a minimal appetite though, likely due to Covid 19 pandemic and maybe depression. And also we barely have any ‘yummy ’ food in the house. Since Covid hit we don’t really go out any more and we’re not eating lunches or dinners in restaurants. We eat a lot more veggies and fruit bc we never really buy junk food unless we’re going to eat it that night. We don’t even have much alcohol in the house either.
