So, yesterday I was bad. :-( Today I have to stick with my plan to a science. O how I had such a wonderful dream. I was surrounded by beautiful clothes all small sizes and I could wear them all. I was looking like a young teenager again. Even if I don't get the teenager part back I definitely will take being healthy and in those clothes. I suppose I dreamed about clothes because the last thing I did was look at some online last night.

So, the clothing in my closet now is loosening up and if I got back to my bad ways then I am not going to have any clothes. :-( No one wants to see me with no clothes...:-0. Too funny!! I have just been under so much pressure let's see...kids are great no problem with them. Some times I think they are too amazing. However, I did go through a rough period a few years ago with the one on the A.Spectrum, so I am in a period of the calm after the storm. Praying whatever we are doing will continue with him. I believe it will. School almost done, but this week I was team leader for an assignment where other students who were taking only 3 classes were complaining they did not have time to be leader. Well hello.. I have five classes, work, and home life plus trying to stick to a healthy plan. So, of course I did it because that's me. Ended up eating wrong and using stress as an excuse. Mom moved away and although I am grown and living on my own. I feel abandoned :-0. Miss my mommy!!! However, happy she got the life she always wanted now. Writing my thoughts out seem to be very therapeutic!!! Have a great Sunday all!!!

I hear you loud and clear about your mom moving away. I felt the same way when my parents were both going to move to FL. (This was way back in 1979). I had no other family but then - tiny tiny family that lived hundreds of miles away. My mother-in-law was something out of a horror novel and would call me drunk all day and all night (starting at 6:00AM with the calls and if you didn't answer her you'd be on her "SHI_" list. I was just griveing and bitterly complaining for them to not move because I'd feel so all alone. Thankfully (selfishly) they couldn't sell their home in the time frame needed and I had 6 more years and 9 more years with my parents before they died. (They were many many years older than I was - I was adopted). Anyway, I can relate to your feelings of your mom moving away from you - no matter what age - we need our mommies.

Get rid of at least one thing that is too big, it will make you feel empowered. I also found a gorgeous pair of Lane Bryant jeans at Goodwill, perfect fit for me now. There was also a gorgeous pair of Tommy Hilfiger I would have snapped up, but they were TOO BIG !! Was doing the happy dance :) I try not to buy much because I'll be too small for it soon - I got excited and bought more in the early days and now I can't wear it anymore, so looking to consign these nearly new items. Ebay is a good place for clothes as well.

Excellent about the clothes - getting rid of the big stuff will leave you with nowhere to go but in the direction you want to!! It's on my list to do in the next week or so, and I will identify the nicest stuff and try to sell it, to raise some money for the thinner clothes kitty! I relate to missing family. My mum passed away in 2009 and my dad lives in Australia, so feel quite isolated some times.

You must have felt really good when your new sweater was too big. You need to try keep that feeling in your mind when your eating isn't going quite to plan. Straying isn't great, but sometimes life does get on the way and it just means we may take a more scenic route to our destination. Tomorrow is Monday, hope you new approach goes well. Xxx
