Have to be honest-I estimated my weight originally-NEVER CHECKED-until last night :-( I didn't realize I had blown up so much-especially considering I still fit into most of last years clothes--REALLY?
I just went with the number I last saw on the scale.
Oh well-I will do better from here on OUT-that was def my motivation!!
Going out to a birthday dinner with family and friends tonight-really nervous-they are all pretty much toothpicks- and me NOT SO MUCH! I am embarrassed to tell them I am dieting and dreading it! I need to figure out a way to order something yummy but healthy so I don't attract attention-and its MEX FOOD ANY SUGGESTIONS OR GOOD TRICKS OF THE TRADE?!
