That's a good idea about keeping a few of those large size clothes to take before and after pics with. I haven't gotten rid of all the 3X stuff yet, so I might hang on to a couple of those too, just for that reason. Not because I will ever need them again!!!!! Also, what do you mean my unintentional exercise?

I wear a Body Media Fit on my leg which calculates all my movements, how many calories burned, how many steps taken, how many minutes of moderate and vigorous activity, and my sleep patterns to show deep sleep. I add in my calories that I get from FS and that provides me the most accurate amount of calories in vs out. So by unintentional exercise, that is the exercise I have gotten by just living and doing my daily routine. I am not doing any working out, walking, etc for a couple of weeks because I want to get my baseline of calories burned. I then plan to adjust my calories in accordingly. As you can see, I am not doing any intentional exercise since 1/10/10 but my weight has continued to significantly decrease and I have increased my RDI and am eating pretty close to that as well.
I saw an add for Jenny Craig and and I see they have incorporated the use of the BMF into their weight management plan as well.
