TGIF!! What a week it's been. Busy at work and not feeling well, I'm just ready to get this week done.

Tomorrow we're having a my son's birthday brunch with my family, so that will be nice. I found a recipe for a lower calorie french toast bake, so I'm going to try that, should be easier to throw a whole pan of that in the oven than try to make a bunch of pancakes or waffles. My son is excited to go to my aunt's house to decorate his cake this afternoon. She does that with all the kids for their birthdays and it makes it special for them to get to help decorate their own cake. I just hope we don't have any leftover cake!

We went out to eat last night for my son's birthday and he chose buffet. I didn't do too bad, I don't really think I ate any more than I would have normally, except for dessert I probably at a little more of that than I should have. I didn't snack after dinner though, so that was good.

Here's hoping that I can get back to exercising this weekend and next week!
