***Remember to budget for cake calories!***
I totally forgot about a babyshower cake tonight. As I am looking at my food plan, thinking WOW what a perfect day. I am within my range of a 20% calorie deficit, 20%carbs, 35%fat, 45%protein, with a Net of over -500.
Now, am I gonna eat that piece of cake?
most likely yes. Cake only comes around a special event or birthday, otherwise I really dont "cheat"
