Densible's Journal, 04 February 2014

Okay went to gym. It's the local Community Health Center one. Many elders and me-a semi elder. I ran for almost two miles and did 20 minutes of weight machines. Good for me. Not weighing in yet. Waiting for next week. The last 18 months have been a blur. Trying to slow my mind down and take notice of the moment. Going to gym tomorrow. Will continue to work on food. Chocolate chip cookies -really? I think not!

Yay for running and weights! Clean up the food choices if necessary but keep those calories coming, they'll fuel you for better workouts!
