Ate wayyyyyy too much food yesterday ... from now on Im sticking to the plan since I got my macros pretty much perfect where I want them!!! I just wish my body didnt feel like someone kicked my ass and my stomach hurts! ... meh ... oh well time to get this work day over with and look forward to sleeping in on my weekend!

PS finally got a dark red ketostick today! ... it doesnt mean too much since they are so inaccurate but I think Im going in the right direction! Hopefully my weight reflects that if I remember to weigh in on wednesday!
