Yesterday was a good day for my diet.
Changed up the routine and ate out-the Applebee's under 550 Calories. Not too bad, smoothie for snack instead of lunch and it kept me satisfied more.
Brought the treadmill in last night out of the garage into the house and got on for about 30 min.
Good health dinner.
Still trying to find a way to cut down sugar and carbs
Can't stand artificial sweeteners so I am doing half and half just to trick myself.
I like very few vegetables!
