I've reached the end of the day to get done whatever I was going to get done. I had to decide if I wanted to try a workout. or just do some house cleaning. I went with the house. But at a point started to think I should have just did the workout lol. My eating is on target. Today also ends my week and tomorrow starts it. I'm thinking that if I get up Monday morning and have not gotten back up to 155lbs then my efforts are not in vain. When I think about it. I'm good with a 5lb stable drop per month. This has not happen in a very long time. So I look forward to seeing what happens. I'll keep going...
