I started a carnivore food plan for Feb to kick start me back into Keto shape. I have solidly trended up 4-5 ibs since Dec. 30 so I am focused on tweaking myself back to 2nd goal weight of 145lbs with WOE-carnivore for FEb. Then , carefully add in foods to get back to full keto. I think my metabolism has slowed (at my age that is an ever startling shift}. Although I was eating sloppy keto...amts had not varied in over a year. So, after try to reset...I've committed to Carnivore for one month. No nuts/coacoa/ sweetners/ nut flourss/nut butters or FATHEAD pizza! Will also consider portion sizes...could be part of my confusion! Not really that funny, considering what I have done with food in the past. It is important that I am ever vigilant today as I start to repair. Hard cheeses, butter, fish pork beef lamb - eggs, cream H2o coffee tea! FEB2021 here I come!!! One Day At A Time.

Good for you, I am not a committed Carnivore but I do find it fits my macros really well. I plan on making this tomorrow.

Good for you, Judy! I was getting concerned, because I had never seen you gone UP in the couple of years I've been on here. Glad you are taking back the reins!

Good luck. I am a very bad carnivore. But I really believe that it is good to be vigilant and not let the weight go up too much. Keep us in the loop
